Lucy’s Choice Pinot Noir 2019
Elegant, fragrant, pinot and full bodied.
Brilliant, deep ruby red. Black and red cherry, strawberry and violets. Mocha,vanilla and spice from the well integrated oak. Fragrant strawberry and red cherry, some cinnamon and coffee richness from well intergrated oak. This is a full bodied pinot with great palate length and delightful soft finish. Alc 13.9 %
Olivia’s Chardonnay 2019
Complex, elegant, balanced and dry Chardonnay
This wine is fermented in oak and remains in contact with its yeast lees for a full year with
100% malolactic fermentation. Brilliant pale greenish straw. White peach, citrus, mineral, struck match,well intergrated oak and great length. Delicate but intense.

Iolanda Pinot Grigio 2019
Distinctive, dry, flavoursome and refreshing, with a crisp finish.
Brilliant very pale, straw colour. Lively lemon, and honey, with a hint of musk and cinnamon. The palate is crisp dry, well balanced and lingering. Enjoy with a wide range of foods, but especially seafood.

2015 Michael Brut
Full bodied, with great depth and length of flavour, refreshing and dry.
Blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris, Estate grown and made. Aged on lees in this bottle until recently disgorged. Pale, brilliant with a fine bead.
Toasty and rich with complex flavours of rich strawberry, yeast, melon and honey balanced by great acidity, with a long dry finish.

2015 Rosé Brut
Rich and full bodied with fine tannin structure and dry finish.
Blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris, Estate grown and made. Aged on lees in this bottle until recently disgorged. Pale salmon pink with fine bead.
Red berry, citrus, toasty, and yeasty. Rich and balanced and fresh, with great length and very dry.
